Which state has the best weather??
I think California right next to the coast is beautiful weather all year. In winter, it is sometimes pretty cool and warm (compared to KC), in summer a cool breeze from the ocean keeps it nice. Not too much rain but enough, not very much snow either. That is why I think that California has the best weather.

I'll take Hawaii. After that would be a tie between SoCal (Summer and fall months) and South Florida (winter and spring months).

California weather would be way too boring for me. I must have seasons. I think southern Oregon has some of the best weather in the country for those that like mild temperatures much of the year.

California has weather for everyone, thats probably the best part... The only type of climate we don't really have is a subtropical/humid climate. Your choices are either temperate, cold and dry, or hot and dry. (which is perfectly fine with me )
