I got mine from The Southern Regional Climate Center Dept. of Geography and Anthropology Lousiana State University This is an 1994 address 254 Howe - Russell Complex Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70803 - 4105 { 225 } - 388 - 5021
Jammie that link you left for Jacques 95 is a cool one. It only shows the Record Coldest Lo and Hottest Hi It does Not show the Record Warmest Lo or Coolest Hi. You may have to purchase those Records. I did in 1994. I am sure they are available But probably through one of the National Climate Data Centers. Like the one I listed. You may have to specify All four Temperature Records. Other wise over the internet : The Record Coldest Lo and Hottest Hi may be the only ones available. I guess it depends on how much you want All four Records. I believe the National Weather Service has a National Climate Data Storage Center in North Carolina. See if this link from the Memphis, Tn. National Weather Service will help some : National Weather Service Climate For North Carolina click on Regional Climate Centers. But even here the Record Warmest Lo`s and Coolest Hi`s may not be available. Without purchasing them.

Reason: Added Regional Climate Centers.
A few more warm days before the bottom drops out, I guess!
Yesterdays high 50, average would be 41
Low was 35, average is 27
Record high 61 in 1990
Low 9 in 1964
