No, but it looks like Nicole will wreck havoc up and down the east coast.

... FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING...

* FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING
* LOW PRESSURE WITH TROPICAL CHARACTERISTICS WILL MOVE UP THE EAST COAST TONIGHT AND THURSDAY. WITH EXTREMELY HIGH MOISTURE CONTENT... A STRONG STORM INFLOW... AND LOTS OF INSTABILITY... RAIN BEGINNING TONIGHT WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES LATER TONIGHT AND ESPECIALLY THURSDAY. THE RAIN SHOULD TAPER OFF THURSDAY NIGHT AS THE CENTER OF TROPICAL LOW PRESSURE MOVES NORTH OF OUR AREA. TOTAL PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO AVERAGE 2 TO 4 INCHES... BUT LOCAL AMOUNTS MAY BE UP TO 6 OR 7 INCHES. ALTHOUGH THE FORECAST COULD CHANGE... AT THIS TIME THE GREATEST PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED OVER THE NORTHEAST MARYLAND SHORE... EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA... DELAWARE... AND WESTERN NEW JERSEY. SLIGHTLY LESSER ALTHOUGH STILL HEAVY AMOUNTS MAY OCCUR CLOSER TO THE NEW JERSEY COAST.

Here in Orange County, I was pedaling my bicycle home along my daily commute route and I felt some drops on my face. Just enough to make the road surface a bit damp for 5 minutes or so before it dried. There were a bunch of tropical looking clouds floating around this afternoon. These were the first actual rain drops that I have seen or felt since roughly mid April. It's been so long that I have seen or felt rain, I can't remember exactly how long ago it was. Drizzle from fog does not count as rain in my book, so it's been about 5+ months since any rain has fallen in my area.
