This is tough but I narrowed it down to somewhere in the Pacific Northwest or somewhere in Japan.

haha thats exactly what I thought! Not even Copenhagen is as warm as 24C in summer. Infact almost nowhere in the UK is.

How about Guernsey in the Channel Islands??? You guys never talk about Guernsey!!! I was only there for a day but it was September and way warmer than I expected, hot in fact. I was amazed!!!!
