Just looked it up, sunshine and rainfall seems consistent with a location on the northern coast of Spain, around Santander and Bilbao, but in order for the temperatures to match up, it needs to be 1000-1300 metres up on the leeward side of the Cantabrian mountains, but not so far leeward to see the sunshine value go up from Scottish to Mediterranean levels...
My first bet would then be Picos del Europa national park.
My second bet would be in the Dinarian mountains above Ioannina, Greece, northwards to Sarajevo, Bosnia. Again, we're looking at elevations between 800 and 1100 metres here. I'll pick a city in the middle of this region, at roughly the right elevation, Ohrid, Macedonia. Sunshine totals would suggest a place further north though, closer to Sarajevo...
Third bet would be Amsterdam, Netherlands after the shutdown of the Gulf Stream

Can't be anywhere in New Zealand because these summer highs would see much colder winter averages, Victoria has a much more uniform precipitation regime, so it has to be in Western Australia on the south coast. Albany or Esperance. I'd go with the latter because of the low amount of precipitation, which in my opinion should put it closer to the Nullarbor...

Looked both cities up, and yeah, I'll definitely go with Esperance, WA...

You got it!
Spent a whole summer there in 1996.
Looks better on paper than what it is, as it can get very windy with colder weather during summer interspersed with hot spells, somewhat Melburnian!

Actually, I'm kinda baffled. A sunshine peak in May? Can Europe have that? No northern latitude place should have that, as the hours of daylight are much longer in June / July.
In southern Vermont, May is sunnier than June lol. Lately, May gets in the 80s and 90s often.
June has more showers and T-storms. June ironically often has lower day temps from heavy showers.
It's not like OKC and western Tennessee, where May seems to be the king of bad weather.
