Blazing: 105+ F
Hot: 95-104 F
Warm: 75-94 F
Cool: 56-74 F
Cold: 35-55 F
Frigid: Below 35 F
I guess even a warmish Toronto winter day for you is "frigid"?
These adjectives are very season dependent but let me try:
Blazing: never experienced .. over 105F I guess
Hot: 90+F
Warm: 75-89F
Cool: 50-74F
Cold: 20-50F
Frigid: below 20F

Depends on if it's windy or cloudy when it's just above freezing.
Toronto is "frigid" (or colder) about 4 months a year, with few exceptions.
Toronto hardly-ever sees any hot days (we didn't this year )
Toronto's summer warmth is often unreliable.
*I guessed on "blazing" too; I've never experienced that outdoors. (sauna? definitely)
In England "hot" to me is about 30c/86f or warmer. I could cope with up to 40c/104f comfortably though as I like heat.
Cold is less than 15c/59f. Freezing is less than about 7-8c/45f.
Most English people are very intolerant to heat as they are used to our climate. Most people here seem to think over 22-23c/73f is "sweltering".
If most English people are like you ( anything below 45f is freezing) I would say it is not only heat they are intolerant to but they have very little tolerance for cold also .
It really depends on the season. Plus humidity is the key factor. For example, 85° and humid is just downright hot and uncomfortable. But if the air was dryer, it wouldn't be so bad. And 65° in July would feel cool, but 65° in January would be warm.
Blazing: 100°+
Hot: 90°-100°
Warm: 66°-90°
Cool: 40°-65°
Cold: 20°-39°
Frigid: Anything below 20°, especially with wind.
