Could people indicate where they are when they say "here?" I see so many people that have their location as "in the land of ether" or something. Folks, we have no way of knowing where you are... "Ether" or "the land of Nodding" are not well known locations...

That's actually a very good point. Many of us are familiar with each other's locations, but it doesn't help those who don't know where we live.

It's not snowing here YET, but it's in our forecast for the day. Keep your fingers crossed that it skips over us.

My location is on my posts. I live in southeastern So. Dak. to be more specific.

Four inches of snow; central NH. (First snow of the season). It looks like melting today with highs above freezing yet again.

Snow later today into tomorrow, this week is going to be a "doozie" or so they claim, we've really only had a trace of snow so far!

I wish everyone would put their location or at least general area, no one is going to find them! In discussing weather, location, location, location makes a major difference. My weather is totally different than towns directly west of me.

Im watching the weather channel right now and it shows we're supposed to get a light coat of snow tonight. I live in So-Cal.
The only thing I dont care for when it snows here though is they shut down the pass coming and going 'down the hill' from the hugh desert because it just gets slickery and too many people lose control going down the mountain.
Im supposed to go to Ontario early morning tomorrow so really wont know if thats going to happen or not.

We didn't get any snow yesterday (not even flurries) and we didn't go below freezing. No first snow & No first freeze.

It's very sunny right now and were supposed to go into the mid-40's.

No snow but it's very cold.

Minneapolis:
Cold as ice - per weather channel- its 18 and feels like 6 - not a drop of snow - even snow wants nothing to do with this!
