I was sitting out on the porch yesterday watching a thunderstorm come through and the temperature dropped from around 80 to 60. Add the wind from the storm, and I was shivering a little bit! I love this summer weather!

I'm happy to have arrived at my destination in spite of heavy rains and slick roads.

Very and very happy that the 1000mm mark has finally been exceeded here at Bondi & in the city too . Also It's not been that sunny as is usually expected for August, thank god . Just 101 hours of sun recorded at the airport during the first 15 days . Also great seeing showers fall regularly over the past 5 days, more heavier and wetter on the coast than in the city!

Well. We've had less than 50 hours here and it's our "summer".

986 mm here, breaking the 1000 mm mark is taking a while. 112 hours of sun for the first 15 days. It's been pleasant for the most part lately.

"Just"! Still over 200 on a monthly basis. NZers should be so lucky! The sunniest areas only occasionally pass that mark, and for average locations it's almost unheard of.
