Just eat in moderation and get moderate amount of exercise. Except for adding more fruit to my diet, I generally eat what I want. I jog on the treadmill five or six days a week. Probably overkill, but I enjoy it.
I forgot. I'm trying to get fit but at this rate I won't considering the fact my brother was eating a kebab in my face!
Some folk just have to watch. I eat as much as I want and my sister eats a chocolate bar and puts on 5 pounds.
