I thought you'd find it too hot to hike.

Where are you swimming? How cold is the water? I had a bit of trouble standing river water I tried to swim in. The parts not in shade were a bit better.

Being in the shade with a light breeze and moderate humidity made it more tolerable. I was sweating, but it wasn't excessively uncomfortable. A/C was still much welcomed when I got back to the car.

I'm going swimming in a friend's pool. No idea how cold the water is. I don't really swim in lakes or rivers. I imagine it's on the chilly side though.

Had such a great weekend. I wish I always had weekends off.

Forgot how this came up yesterday, but the CHiPs theme song has been stuck in my head. I used to watch the re-runs on TNT. Too funny :

Nearly died of laughter on the plane this morning. There was a delayed passenger and the flight attendant said 'Is passenger Jacqueline Wilson aboard?'

It's only 100F here right now, high supposed to be 104. That is low for lately, esp with it being like maybe 117 or 118 on Friday. So yay for it being cooler than it has lately in my city.

Is that all? Chilly old day down in Arizona!

Anyway, I've just slept for 5 hours and I feel fantastic. I needed that! Time to do some work before going back to bed I think.
