Had a wonderful day hiking all over one of the state parks. Hiked for like four hours. No idea how many miles we walked. Going swimming tomorrow. I wish I always had weekends off.
My only complaint would be the damn mosquitoes. I had to douse myself in bug spray.
I thought you'd find it too hot to hike.

Being in the shade with a light breeze and moderate humidity made it more tolerable. I was sweating, but it wasn't excessively uncomfortable. A/C was still much welcomed when I got back to the car.
I'm going swimming in a friend's pool. No idea how cold the water is. I don't really swim in lakes or rivers. I imagine it's on the chilly side though.
Nearly died of laughter on the plane this morning. There was a delayed passenger and the flight attendant said 'Is passenger Jacqueline Wilson aboard?'
It's only 100F here right now, high supposed to be 104. That is low for lately, esp with it being like maybe 117 or 118 on Friday. So yay for it being cooler than it has lately in my city.
