Strange, is there a rule that everytime I get a chilly day in May, you get one the day after? Cause the high on May 11th, 2010 at Orly airport was 7.4°C.

Btw, we never had a sub-10°C high in June. Coldest was 11.7°C.

Not weather-related (though such incidents are more likely to occur in the warmer part of the year), just got tailgated and taunted by a bunch of brats riding their noisy, polluting, 30 mph-restricted scooters while returning home on my bike. The kiddos are so frustrated not to be able to drive a car or a properly sized two-wheeler than they resort on wreaking havoc on the neighborhood and bullying cyclists.

I just had a look on the Met Office database & Heathrow had a maximum of 9.4C on 3rd June 1953 (Southsea had a max of 14.4C that day).

It was also 10.6C on 2nd June 1953 (& 15.0C in Southsea).

That's the hottest it's been at my location this past week. Recently the lows have gotten down to 5°C at my location imagine Valencia getting down to 5°C, that's what we've been dealing with here. It's almost June here and I've been having to wear a jacket the past few days.

Where is that database? According to tutiempo (which uses met office data), the high was 10.7 that day.

Here are Heathrow's highs for the cold spell in the first week of June.

1. 15.7C
2. 13.0C
3. 10.7C
4. 15.7C
5. 16.9C
6. 16.9C
7. 15.2C

I believe flamingGalah has access to the Met database, and that is probably using 9am - 9am, whereas Tutiempo probably uses 12am - 12am.
