Folks. there is a reason there is a language filter. Cussing is not allowed on this forum.

If you continue you will be subject to an infraction

I keep saying to myself on these posts, what is the big deal, which I can say without using swear words at all!

It is just weather, you can't change it, whining, griping, moaning and groaning will not matter and you won't change a hard headed view point, which many of us have, myself included. I think many of you that carry on about your weather, when it is not that variable in a 12 mo. period to be laughable and really somewhat clueless. Live a year near the Great Lakes, then talk to me about weather, of course, England, Europe, etc., an exception this year! Hang in there, be safe!

I know it is the un happy thread but I just don't get why you can't be civil, use decent language, and discuss, not argue your point in a constructive, intelligent manner. I'd say for some of the posts, which are borderline rude, can't behave and be nice, shut "er" down. One can carry on a conversation without fowl language, bold and cap posts.

Interesting that you say this AFTER a whole bunch of posts you probably wouldn't like were deleted Subarctic climate is apparently no longer a member, so no more funny rants about getting hypothermia in 20C or insulting Perth for no reason until he comes back under a new ID. Laughable is the word - this is even more entertaining than some of the rubbish some come out with in the Politics forum

This thread is comedy gold thanks to SAB. He set a new record for most 'mad' smilies in a post early this morning. There were thousands!! I'm unhappy because the snow is meant to thaw at the weekend.

Unhappy that the days are going to start getting long again.

Exactly. Satire is fine, but infantile ranting at the 2-yo level is just pathetic.

I'm unhappy with the forecast for Xmas eve: 11 / 19 C with possible rain. Even Melbourne is warmer! Looks like I'll be wearing a jacket to the carols.
