Does anyone know where in the world has the highest record low temperature? I'd assume it would be some island near the equator. The highest I've seen has been 19 C in Singapore.

Wow that's high.

I think in the Caribbean (perhaps with the exception of the Bahamas and Cuba), most record lows are only in the 60s.

I have heard (or maybe read) that Port Moresby in New Guniea has never dropped below 70 degrees F. (roughly 21.1 in Celsius) but I have no idea how long records have been kept.
This site has some interesting data with regard to record temperatures throughout the world:

Extreme Temperatures Around the World- world highest lowest temperatures

Port Moresby has recorded 18 C at least twice, according to Wikipedia.

Interesting link. Apparently Tarawa, Kiribati (1' 21'' N) is the winner with a record low of 21 C.

I was hoping there was some place on Earth with a record low of 24 C/75 F.
Then I could say it's "never cool."

It is amazingly consistent year round. Furthermore the record mins and maximums are close to the daily averages:

BBC - Weather Centre - World Weather - Average Conditions - Yaren

Although strictly not Kiribati, Yaren (Nauru) is a close approximation

Haven't got the most recent data, but year round the average maximum temp. is about 31C, average minimum about 25.5C, monthly mean a little over 28C. Mean annual rainfall near 2000mm with maxima in the SH summer, but monthly and annual totals vary considerably with the ENSO state. Same applies to sunshine which averages about 2500 hrs annually.

There may very well be somewhere. I'd probably start looking in the vicinity of Kiribati, Guam, etc., but data is hard to come by. The best one I've found is El Tiempo - previsión meteorológica Tu Tiempo.

But do you really care if it gets down to 21 C (brrrrr!) once or twice in a century?

Yes, average overnight low of 25, average high of 31, every month of the year.

Very pretty too:
