Does anyone know of a list of communities in west Boca that doesn't have a HOA. My wife and i are looking to buy a house in Boca and can't seem to find a neighborhood w/o an HOA. I have a boat and to store it at a storage facility is not an option. I noticed a house with a boat in The timbers of Boca but i cant find any info on the HOA or the area. Please help.

In West Boca there are very few...You could try Loggers Run but they might have an HOA...some of the Non-Gated Communities might not have them either...Good Luck

Are you looking for waterfront property for your boat or do you want to store it on your lot?

I know that east Boca seems to have a lot of boats on residential lots. I don't think I've seen a non-HOA neighborhood in west Boca.

Ok going along with this question, what communities in all of Boca have an HOA at or below $150 a month? I looked at a Forclosure in Boca Isles and I absolutely love that area but HOA at $254/month is just a waste of money. Thats over $3000 a year you just throw away every year.

well if u want a gated communtiy or a community like Boca Isles your going to pay for it...If your looking for a Non Gated Community and are open to Central Boca then check Millpond, Colonnade and there is one other im thinking of...I dont beileve their HOA's are crazy...and have excellent schools

I really dont care if there is a HOA just as long as they allow boats on the property either on the side or the backyard

you need a realtor and they can assist you or at least help you with finding out from the HOA's if they allow boats or not..
