Hello everyone - can anyone tell me about the Congress Rd area of WPB? They seem to have nice apartments at affordable rates. Is it a safe area? Looks like it close to cityplace and nice views of the lake. Thanks!

If it's in the President's Country Club, it should be fine. If it's Whitehall, should be fine.

However, if it's one of the pink buildings off Congress just outside the country club..... I would probably look somewhere else. I once looked there to buy a unit as an investment --- 18k, if that gives you any indication of what to expect!

Otherwise, you can also look in the "Villages" area, which I consider a nice location overall! Still close to Cityplace/downtown.

Gotta love an investment property that pays for itself in 3 years though!

Yeah there are definitely some complexes that are better than others.

Listen You will be FINE. Just check the particular complex but 50-60 percent are good and area is very central to everything. I Have lived in palm-beach county for 15 years and know most areas veryy well. Like the above post said the pink building is bad as well as a few areas just look at the complex before you buy and you will be fine, TRUST ME!
