Just finding out about the Hillsboro Mile Beach, FL location which runs for 3 miles. Would like some information on this area before buying an oceanfront/inter coastal condo there. Pros and cons would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

My uncle lives on hillsboro mile in one of the new luxury condo's what info are you looking for?
There aren't really that many Con's if you are up to living the condo life...Depending on the Building the HOA fees are quite high his building has a Concierge 24 hours so his fees are high for what he has....I know his Taxes are very high as well....Great Location if your looking to be on the Water/Inter-coastal

Hillsboro Mile is also in Broward County not Palm Beach County, You might want to post this in that forum as well more people may be able to answer your questions...

Not many people would do what you've done, investing such a sum without seeing beforehand what you're buying ... nor checking-out the neighborhood/area, etc. A brave soul, indeed. Enjoy your new home.

Actually I sent my son and his wife to inspect it before hand. Going by their approval and lots of their pics. TY for the best wishes. Good luck too!

I used to live at the Landmark long before it turned condo and it was a really great place to live on the beach.
