This jerk says it's brutal now and prices will keep coming down "a bit"? Ha! I put my house up for sale in Paddock Park 1, Wellington in mid-2000. I paid 340K for it and put 200K in renovating that dang museum. Listed it for 595K. A YEAR went by without so much as an offer. I had already left the country while that thing sat and sat and sat.
Finally got ONE offer. 452K. After a year. I sold it. Lost 100K plus what it cost to live there and maintain that place. Taxes were approx 3500 and homeowners was 3200.00 ( the cheapest I could get then because no fire hydrant within a certain distance )
Zillow showed it a 1.1 Million in 2005. LOL.
Now zillow shows it at 850K. 16 Grand for taxes. I'd love to see the quotes for homeowners. I'd like to see the horses......._ss who would actually pay that. If they have any money left I'd be glad to sell them my business , leave this place again and this time never to be seen or heard from again.
