Our words exactly. Kids were begging us for any amount of small space outdoors. Not to mention the 200 requests we had for 'no more shared walls.'

We moved from AZ to Palm Beach Gardens 5 years ago. We looked in PGA---there are several subdivisions but none were really great for young kids. To tell you, we settled in on an area off of PGA Blvd. Great neighborhood. There aren't any houses for sale on our street but there are two other neighborhoods in our area that are child friendly.
