Possible, just not a lot of inventory to choose from. Be sure to have 3 times that amount available during lease signing.

Some SFH have a pool you will have to maintain, others have a community pool, some have both. You make no mention of the number of rooms you need.

yes there is no community pool but both of the homes on the market have their own pools. Egrets has a great pool and lots of other amenities.

looking just for community pool in /on property, not in the backyard. Thanks. Saw egrets, but it was $2500.
