Hi anyone know if Homeowners Insurance is more expensive if the house is made of precast concrete panel vs. CBS contruction? Thanks!

There are a lot of different types of pre-cast wall constructions. I like the idea, as it should be much better against water intrusion than CBS.

My ideal home would pre-acast walls then framed with 2x4 to create a good insulation space. That is the problem I have with CBS houses. They have a R-4 at best wall insulation, and they are not any stronger than conventional 2x6 wood framed homes..
