What would be your choice between say Delray, Boca Raton, Deerfield, and Pompano??

South Florida's economy may be sagging but hey people love visiting!
I'm not a big fan of Pompano Beach either, but it is home to some of the best fishing spots and fishing charters from your short list.

From your list, my order of preference would be Boca-Delray-Deerfield.

Boca has a young professional crowd in the Downtown Boca/Mizner Park area infused with the FAU and the Lynn student populations, making it a real attractive option for the 20 somethings. Some communities are within walking distance of the beach, all locations from US1 and east (especially by either Palmetto or Camino) are within biking distance.

Bear in mind, the closer to the water you are, the higher the rent.

Good luck.

Regards,

Just too clarify my last comment, it's a manufacturing company based out of Switzerland and I believe their location in Florida is just administrative and not a plant. I'm so lucky to have found a job and especially a job in Southern Florida!
