No flats in these places are hardly ever advertised, if at all. Well, enough said.
Juno Beach ends at Universe Blvd. on the south side....the area you are talking about is probably west of US 1 just north of PGA Blvd...which is actually Juno Ridge....not Juno Beach.

THX,

you are 1000% correct. The area I was referring to is in Juno Ridge. Thank you for the correction.

Average age in Juno Beach is 60.

I do not know of too many young people in their late 20's and early 30's that can afford a house in Juno Beach, but I am sure they are out there....just not average.

441 South Lyra Circle, Juno Beach FL - Trulia

It's not known for night life or a place for young professionals to hang out.
My impression is that this person is looking for a beach active area. I'm talking about the areas off of Juno Isles - it is within that community where my son purchased his house. There are maybe 1 or 2 condos south of where he is, and the rest are single family homes. And all young people have been moving into these neighborhoods. It's a water community, there are boat launching ramps, there are canals everywhere and a short walk to Juno Beach. Nightlife? You've got restaurants all over the place - or, Palm Beach Gardens down the road to PGA Boulevard with tons more restaurants and shopping, or, you can get onto I-95 for 20 minutes and head down to WPB. It's young there and progressive.

Juno Isles is very expensive, your average 20 to 30 year old won't be buying a home in there, most young professionals would struggle to come up with the down payment. Average price is over $400K. Sure you can go to PBG for nightlife and dining, doesn't everyone who lives in North County....

Most young professionals I work with, live in rented condos or apartments in PB Gardens or Jupiter, some are still paying off student loan debt and cannot afford to buy, homes are still overpriced here based on the average salaries. The job market and housing crunch has not been in their favor either, it's tough because I am a Manager of many and they always say how tough it is to get ahead here. I suppose I am speaking from experience not hearsay.

Of course Palm Beach County is full of people who are not "average" and had a lot of help from there wealthy family or were born with a silver spoon in their mouth. Sometimes I forget that this is Palm Beach County....
