I will be moving with my family this coming April to the West Palm area from CT. My job is in Jupiter and my wife is in the medical field so she will be looking for a job in one of the hospitals in West Palm. We have a baby and my mother in law will be living with us. I'm looking to rent in a safe, family friendly area. 2-3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in a fairly new/updated condition (nothing run down). I want to stay within $1200 but willing to stretch my budget more for the right rental.

I would like to hear from Realtors specializing in Rentals to help me in my search. Feel free to PM me.

What do you guys think of Sonoma Bay in Riviera Beach? It says they have gated security and these townhouses look in great condition for under $1000. Are these ads legit? What's the catch here if any?

Thanks.

Let's just say re: Riviera Beach... if its too good to be true, there's a good reason for it.

You're not going to get new in Gardens or Jupiter for $1200/month.

Best bet would probably to go to a "rent finders" type place. There are a few apartment communities run as rentals:

Gardens East Apartments :: Floorplan

2 bedrooms for 1260/month.

Thanks TriMT7.

Any Realtors specializing in Rentals please chime in or PM me?

Is April typically the start of the low season? Should I expect more properties to come available and prices drop.

Tri is right.
we liked living in legacy place when we lived there but units are up to 14-1500 now.
Might find something in San matera in the 1300 range and talk them down to 1250.

I don't, but if you pm me your email I can set a search update for you if you like. I can have our rental agent contact you if you want as well.
