Do people in Wellington all own golf carts and cruise the streets on them? I am 34 with a 31 year old wife and a 2.5 year old. I think the idea of throwing a cooler of beer on the back of the cart and driving a few blocks to a friends sounds like an unbelievable time.

Also, what are the "pot" tolerances like. do a lot of people in the area smoke?

Finally, whats wellington like for boaters? any access to water ways in the community or close where you can dock a small boat. We are not "rich" but id like to get a small fishing boat for $5K-10K and either trailer it to the water or dock it somewhere close to wellington as we are relocating there likely in the next 2 months. any feedback much appreciated.

1. Beer and a golf cart sounds like it would have DUI potential! Inside gated communities it is popular but not village wide
2. Plenty of people smoke but you won't find advertised
3. Wellington for boaters sucks......zero waterfront access (to salt water atleast) and you are 40+ minutes away from the water. The village definitely does everything they can to discourage you from storing a boat on your property as well......that whole town is essentially an HOA!
