kid friendly community in Boca??? (Boca Del Mar, Palmetto: house, to buy, YMCA)

My husband, 1 yr old daughter and I are moving to Boca in about 4 months from Philadelphia. Although we are are originally from the area, we moved away before becoming parents. We would like to be in Central Boca. Somewhere off of Jog Road and between 18th Street and Clintmore Road. Does anyone know if there are child friendly communities, Pre-schools and places for swim lessons in the area we are looking at? Can anyone reccomend any communities we should look at while house shopping (we are looking for a 4 bedroom under $600K)

Just mentioned it in another thread, but I'll mention it here too. You'd probably want to check out Boca Del Mar. It's a rather large community that goes from 18th Street up past Palmetto Park. Powerline/Jog Road goes through the middle of it. Excellent schools in the area--it's large enough that it needs 2 elementary schools to handle it.

The YMCA is located in the Boca Del Mar area (Powerline and Palmetto) recently expanded and renovated. My kids both did preschool and swim there.

Have you relocated to Boca and are you happy with your location ? Are you still looking to buy a 4 BR home under 600M in a kid-friendly community near Jog and Clint Moore?
