Hi guys! Will be traveling out of the country in the next couple of weeks. Any recommendations on off-airport parking near FLL? I used to park at Sheraton but it has closed recently I believe due to renovations.

Thank you BVG_Steve for your input. Isn't ParkNGo valet parking? I don't like the idea of leaving my car keys for so many days with someone.

Did you look into taking the Trirail to FLL and then the connection bus to the airport? That is going to be a lot cheaper than leaving your car somewhere.

Can you leave your car in the tri rail parking lot for an extended period? Is it monitored, secure, security?

Park N Go is not valet, you park and take your keys, only exception is if lot is overfilled which happen to me twice out of about 20 times where they do ask to leave your keys because they have no spots day of your arrival

I agree with BNBR. Leaving your car at a TriRail station is not secure at all. Plus, it just isn't convenient for someone traveling with kids in tow. Thank you for your input though.

Thank you! We have an AM flight, we should be there by 8AM. At that time, I believe it would be safe to assume that the parking lot is not full.

it does not go by arrival time, it more goes by time of year and how many cruise ships are out as they do parking for those who go on the cruise ships out of fort lauderdale port as well.

I don't get the appeal of parking off site. Even cruise parking is $100 for a 7 day cruise - 50 yards from the terminal. You save $40 (max) parking off site and have to deal with shuttles and nonsense both ways. We are home before Park N Go people have waited for the shuttle, got a ride over, etc. And if you don't pay ahead of time for Park N Go, and pay at the lot, you save $15... whoopie.

At the airport, just use the economy lot already provided by the airport if you want to save a few bucks.
