Hey everyone! Thanks for taking the time to read this. I'll dive on into it. So I'm planning on relocating. I'm from Fort Pierce/Vero Beach, Florida. I am considering relocating to West Palm Beach because I've had A TON of fun every time I've gone there for a night. My question to you guys: is living there as good as it seems it would be? What I mean is that there are some cities that are good for going out but not really great for living, in the sense that nobody really lives there. I'm a 23 year old young professional whose budget for rent is $1600 for a 1/1 (which I already know will get me a decent place downtown). Being 23 and single (and loving the single life being able to talk to whoever I want and do whatever I want), West Palm is A BLAST on the weekends, but do a lot of people my age actually live there and stay there or do they just visit WPB on the weekends then go back to wherever they live for the most part? I'm looking for somewhere where I'm never bored and always have something to do, I prefer going out to nice restaurants and bars/breweries, as well as the occasional nightclub.

I guess my main question is this: do you guys think West Palm will meet my needs or should I consider expanding my search further south, like Fort Lauderdale? What are your thoughts? Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you all have a great day!

Where do you work?
I'm guessing you're the one who works in real estate that's posted this question before and on many other cities' boards?
What is keeping you from pulling the plug and making a move?

I'm in real estate and built a pretty successful business from cold calling and open houses (basically people I don't know). So it's not going to be too hard for me to start over, I've researched this immensely. My company is Keller Williams.
