Hi, we were just recently in the same boat with you. Looked a lot of properties all over PGA: there are kids, however, it is nothing compare to Abacoa. We bought in Abacoa specifically due to being VERY family oriented and kids friendly. It was a no-brainer for us. PGA is mostly occupied with retirees, we saw it each time we went there to look at some properties. I've heard it's changing and a lot more young families are moving in but not even close to Abacoa's amount of families with little kids. Good luck

Egret Landing in Jupiter's a very sought after community because of the schools it's zoned for.

Abacoa is much more family oriented. Besides, in my opinion the housing choices are much better. Much of PGA housing is older even wooden framed. Jupiter is also very nice depending on your budget.

Bent tree is another good choice if you want to stay in the gardens and right next to high rated schools.

I am curious if there is anybody actually looking in PGA national currently. The prices people are asking (and usually getting) is insane.

I want to upgrade my house to something larger and it seems like the more I wait the more it's going to cost.

My current house is inside Eagleton and I am looking to upgrade within Eagleton. All CBS built in the 90s within Eagleton.
