Any opinions(good, bad, or ugly) of Parkland Bay, Miralago, Cascata, or Watercrest in Parkland? Nicest? Neighborhood vibe? Hoa fees? Looking for any info about these neighborhoods. Thank you in advance!

Hi. I live in the area and these are all new communities, great schools and yes the area is amazing.I have been in this area 20 years. Miralago and Cascata is next to each other. Miralago is sold but Cascata is under construction. in fact if you buy at Cascata in November they are giving away a golf cart. these two communities have amazing club houses each with different amenities indoor sports, tennis amazing pools and you can use either club house. Hoa fee are around $450. these two are my favorite.

Thank you! Looking at a couple resale properties at Miralago and will be checking out Cascata. So far they are the highest hoa fees of the neighborhoods but look really nice.

Snowbird2015

I would avoid using dianaMax as an agent. anyone who comes here to solicit potential customers vs just providing helpful info is a huge red flag in my book. I cannot believe she states " I am a real estate professional as soliciting business by trolling a forum is very unprofessional IMO

best of luck

Have these clients who are planning to sell their property in Sunset Lakes, Miramar to move to Watercrest. They love their large lake views, but they have wanted to move to Parkland for a long time - Watercrest is like their dream come true. It's a beutiful community.

I see that this is an old thread but still relevant with regards to Cascata since they are still building. Does anyone have any constructive feedback regarding the Cascata community? I am considering buying in the area and wanted to know if anyone has any positives or negatives to share. Also, any information regarding demographics would also be appreciated. Thank you.

Learn Spanish if you want to communicate with your neighbors. They're creeping further north.
