Which place would you choose and why? We are a young family, two kids, and make in the $220K range. We need good schools, the least amount of crime possible, good beaches, and good restaurants. We have job offers in both areas and need to decide which one to go with. Let me know your opinion! Thanks.

I don't know the Tampa area.
If you have job offers in Boca, you can find a nice home there or the west Boynton area is very nice and there are literally tons of new/finished and new/still building neighborhoods out here west of Jog Rd, on towards 441 and all along 441 both north and south.
West Boynton/Jog Rd is about 7 miles from the beach. And about 10 minutes north of Boca if taking the Turnpike. There is a nice family mix out here. There are tons of different types of restaurants from 5 to 15 minutes away.
I would think with an annual income of $220k, you will have no problem with home affordability either!
