What sort of home? And where in Jupiter?

Some people forget that when people talk about "home prices falling," it's everything lumped, from condo conversions to waterfront homes. Jupiter will remain attractive to families who want good schools, but I've seen the price of say, townhomes, of which there are a lot, falling faster and greater than single family homes.

I think Jupiter and northern Palm Beach Gardens are a better long term buy than most others areas in Palm Beach County. Prices are likely to drop further for all product types until their is improvement in the economy, but I've noticed that home prices in my community (Abacoa) are not falling as fast as other areas in Palm Beach County. Like TriMT7 said, townhomes are taking a beating everywhere, but single family product seems to be holding up better in the Jupiter area...

Jupiter single family homes are still over priced by historical income to house price ratios. The reason they are falling more slowly is because the sellers don't 'need' to sell. In short, houses are just staying on the market.

The houses that are selling are when a seller has to sell due to transfer or whatever, they lower their price and the house sells.

The median price might not be dropping fast, but that is because houses are just sitting on the market.

All real estate is going "lower". There is no fundamental reason for it to do anything else. More and more socialism, more and more printing of money is pushing this country into an outright depression.

There's no manufacturing left. So how do you reckon people will pay for their homes? From service jobs?

The wealth is going east.

Default Jupiter Realestate

I think prices will keep going down.I don't understand why some people are holding out and some of these properties have been listed for 2 years or more
and are not selling.Prices have to come down and get more in line with what is going on around the rest of the counrty.PBC is a great area with great weather but I think we are gonna see lower prices.
