I am suppose to close Mar 3 also and I don't feel comfortable in doing so, how did you get your deposit back please help too many uncertaincies going on at the Promenade did you know they gave away 100 parking spaces of ours to the public... what's is that all about. What if they go bankrupt

Just a quick question, did any of you who put a deposit down on the promenade actually look at the area before you decided to buy? or talk to anyone in the area? such a shame, I hope all of you get your
money back and I'm sorry that the town of Boynton Beach has yet another large eyesore of a building
empty....why oh why did they build something like this...they should have built some townhouses like
they did on Federal Highway in Delray..think they would have sold better or made another community
like Tuscany....these damn high rise buildings are ugly as far as I'm concerned....why the obsession with
bigger and taller is beyond me....

According to the latest PBC Clerk of Court records there have been no closings to date (3/11/2010).

sitting in my unit right now. it's beautiful but not a lot of people here. Views are great, pools are great, security is wonderful....I really like it. Just need some people!
