Buying a house in Boca (Boca Raton: foreclosure, low crime, neighborhoods)

I'm searching for a house to buy in Boca Raton at this moment. The market(non-foreclosure) price range of the house (and the neighborhood) should be $200,000-$300,000, two-story single-family, >=3 bedrooms, >=2 bathrooms, >=1,500 Sqft, and lot size around 0.2 acres. The neighborhood should have decent infrastructure (well-paved and maintained sidewalks and streets), clean, has sufficient green space (or close to green space, waterfront, trails and parks), not too dense with decent setbacks, buildings well-maintained by owners, lots of well-maintained trees and landscape, and low crime.

Which neighborhoods/subdivisions should I look for? I don't have time to run a thorough analysis at this moment so any suggestions will be appreciated. I'm especially fond of two-story homes but it's too bad that many search engines don't put that as a search attribute.
