Hi,

I'm moving to Boca and looking for a safe, family-friendly neighborhood. I would like a good school district, elementary, middle and high, and prefer gated communities. I want to spend under $600,000 and need at least 4 bedrooms. We are not religious so being close to church/temple, etc, is not important to us. Any ideas?

Boca Falls and Saturnia....they are both in West Boca we are in Boca Falls and love it here......You can find a beautiful home in your price range...Great Location and Very Good Schools....(BOTH ARE GATED)

Boca Falls: Waters Edge Elem, Loggers Run Middle and West Boca Raton High School (4 years old) they also have Academies......Medical Science, IT/Business Management, (my son is in) Culinary and Drafting and Design

Saturnia: Sunrise Park Elem, Eagles Run Middle and Olympic High School (unless your son wants an academy at West Boca HS) he can attend...

Olympic also has Academies as well

I dont some of the others in Central Boca sorry

Hope this helps...good luck

The only issue about Estancia I know of is the close proximity to Glades Road. when I was a kid it was considered quite Posh to live there.

Berry Juice, I thought you were in Boca Winds. Boca Falls is really nice. I love it there. I tried buying there as prices were going up way back. I did better on the Intracoastal, but at this point, with a kid, I'd much prefer Boca Falls, only I'm priced out now!

Yes Bocamom we are in boca falls...I tell you I wasnt so sure about it but we do love it here...The prices here arent too bad, I remember them being much much higher years ago....Although this community has held its value for the most part...not alot of inventory either...
If im not mistaken, your property taxes will be cheaper if you are in unincorporated Boca like we are, then opposed to Incorporated..

If im wrong pls someone correct me but that is what we were told...

we looked there too, Boca Isles South is very nice..We didnt find anything in that community, and for us I believe they are slated for Olympic Heights HS and we only wanted West Boca High School however we didnt know at the time they have academy's which my son is in.....

but when we started looking there wasn't much avaliable believe it or not...in your price range, I would definately consider the communities listed above...u can get a beautiful home in boca Falls...as well as the Boca Isles South..but as a community I can only speak of where we live

How is Stonebridge Country Club community? We are moving from suburbs of Chicago and wondering how are the gated communities in Boca. I would appreciate any feedback about Stonebridge.

I am not familiar with that community other then the location is nice. I am think you aware of the dues and initial/yearly fees that come a long with these communities? What is your price range? Some others country club and nice communities I think is Woodfield which I really love, St Andrews Boca, Boca West CC,Broken Sound. All which have the dining/golf/etc.
