I would guess the windows are hurricane rated; the building is less than three years old.

Glad you had a good beach day. All this beach talk is getting me antsy; I may have to try to find a way to sneak over there for a few minutes tomorrow.

Bocamom you really are looking everywhere. I thought you were going to try to be in Boca so your child could go to that school district? Where are you living now and when do you need or want to move by? I rented my mom a place in LW for 2 weeks in the winter. It was very close to Wellington. I felt safe there. You are right I did not get that posh feeling love the word by the way I get in Boca. To me that was good though as long as it is safe. On a side note the HOA fees are unreal to me. Coming from out of state what I have heard people paying is sometimes more then the condo is worth especially the intitial. Back to the safe note. When I came to FL someone told me to call the local police and ask about the crime in the specific area. Just a thought. I never did cause I ended up moving to an area I knew.

i did manage to travel all over fl looking at places to buy and rent. was the closest i got to a vacation this summer

but even amidst this supposed sale on real estate, everything is so expensive.

i like lake worth best, overall, for renting. for buying i gotta say overall boca is the my pick as a responsible parent and investor. but then again i think i'd rather eat glass than be stuck in boca. . . i have lived there on and off since i can remember, practically. . . it gets old after a while
