Hi Everyone,

I was just curious about real estate and the internet. I just started looking online at homes for sale in west palm beach and it seems that some of these sites are not current like zillow.com, realtor.com, ones like that. i find something and then find out it wasnt even true or is gone, what is up with that, not right! I am just looking for now but it would help if the information is real, so what recomend? I would like to be able to see tax stuff, some sort of history, etc... or am i asking to much when i would just like to see that facts. Thanks for your help, susan

General Search
for tax records.
Most websites aren't going to show if a property has an offer on it until it's pending. If you are just looking for now than realtor.com is probably your best bet. Our company merged with expertrealty.com they have a really good website too.

I also like florida home on the palm beach post. You can go online under real estate and even put in a specific neighborhood you are interested. Though there has been so many rentals on all the sites that I call and they say oh it just got rented today yet the post was made that day. One realtor had a listing but no mls on craigslist and stated it was in the community I am in well I knew that was a fib cause I went through the community to see what rentals were available and when I called him on it he came up with some weird story. Very frustrating and a waste of time. Good luck.

Right you mentioned you wanted tax records, you can't search for a house there. My webpage is fairly basic and easy to navigate it has an up to date search engine as well. It's in my info section if you like.
In my opinion, Craigslist is probably the worst site to search for a house. Many times everything is re-listed so it's not through the original listing agent, most of it is by realtor anyway (so you might as well use realtor.com), and the by owner listings are usually way overpriced or half the time listed by an agent anyway. There's always a scammer or two on there as well.
