When I lived in a condo downtown, water was included with the rent.

Electric was between $80 - $120/month.

Cable depends on you, unless your building or complex includes cable (some downtown do). Figure $50 - $100 for cable and internet. Possibly less.

It depends. Most apartments you have to pay for water and trash which is I think around 50 a month. The electric varies from obviously winter to summer. In the 2/2 for the summer I can't recall exactly but was over 120. In many of the condos they come with water and even sometimes cable. Also in apts look out for high administrative and redecorating fees.

are you owning or renting ? Don't forget the alarming HOA fee's which are a RIP OFF.....and are on the rise since someone has to absorb all the delinquent people that stopped paying a long time ago and are being foreclosed on. That person is YOU. Better to rent. I would never own a condo or an apartment

Redecorating fee is a non refundable fee you pay upfront that whe you move out is used to paint and clean. I have seen that in a few apt communities. To me that is unreal. Only if you do damage should they take out money and from your security. I also think the administrative fee of hundreds of dollars is. It takes 2 min to draw up a lease.
