Thanks Swimmon!
And what about the small business. I'm studying right now in Orlando Le Cordon Bleu. When I finished the course then, I"ll move to Boca Raton. And my dream is a bakery Store (wedding cake, baby shower, birthday, etc. How's this business in Boca Raton?

Can anyone give me any opinions on the Fairfield townhomes in Boca? I know it has a great location, but some of the houses in there are old and are wood frame homes. Not sure if the woodframe is something to be concerned about. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

I've lived in Boca part time since 2004, know the area well. You can't go wrong by choosing Boca to relocate with or without children, in fact schools are a big plus here if children are involved. The city (80,000+-) is run very tight, by that I mean it's clean, orderly, safe. I won't knock other areas but nothing I've seen equals Boca.I just returned from there on 3/21/13 and my opinion is reinforced, the city is immaculate. I did notice that real estate prices are starting to head upwards. Anyone serious about relocating should get a realtor and get busy. I'm in zip 33432 and can walk to everything, East of 95. But really anywhere in Boca has a lot of shopping, restaurants, etc. The city of Boca Raton has a great website with beach cams, and lots of info. Trulia shows listings, maps, with crime listings which are very few in Boca. By the way I don't work or have family that work for Boca, lol, just a fan.

1. Wood frame junk homes wedged between I95 and Military Trail

2. Under the approach for Boca Airport (decent flow of aircraft a few hundred feet above the neighborhood)

I am looking at a condo at 6461 NW 2nd ave in Boca zip 33487. Can someone tell me about this bldg. they said it is a Cash Only bldg.
Also, what's happening with the Golf course around there. It seems to be some problem on the rise.
Thanks,
HKSK
