Considering buy a manufactured home in the Meadows off PGA. Does anyone know anything good or bad about this community. I do know the rent is on the high side but does anyone have any knowledge about the park itself and the area. Thanks in advance.

The area is a very good and convenient area.... I am not sure about the park itself, but from the outside, it looks nice.

I checked the park out personally today FYI to anyone thinking about that park I would say pass on it, for $750 a month your do NOT get your money's worth, but just my personal opionion after seeing it today. Thanks for all the information I have learned on this forum, it is great.

There's also yogi, but that's probably more expensive. Not very familiar with mobiles. You can buy some 2/2 condos for 100k that are decent and close to the water.

The management here is rude and unprofessional. Instead of talking to you about "violations", they send typed up letters giving ultimatums. If I had know about the management, I would never have bought in this park.

I looked at a roommate share in one of the older homes. It was not maintained in a clean fashion. The newer homes looked nice but are very close together so it looks like there is very little privacy. It would not be my first choice.

I just found a rental there that is clean and well maintained. The lot fees are high, if you are looking to buy, tho. May not be worth it.
