I actually had to go into a northern neighborhood section, and in the city of Riviera Beach for my job, and those areas are even worse than you'd think (which is bad already!)

Yeap. I once got lost in downtown West Palm Beach back in 2000, BEFORE the cityplace redevelopment. I remember being freaked out, and coming up to a dead end. I was driving a white car, and the group of men sitting outside of a house must have thought I was the police because they scattered and ran.

Nowadays I know the boundaries!

What's the flavor of say Lake Charleston? We lived in Deerfield BEach for 15years, tried Jacksonville for 2 years and are moving back South because of jobs +money. Winston Trails and specifically Lake Charleston.. Anyone with first infor of Lake Charleston?

What will I find in the immediate area in terms of shopping, etc?

Default Lake Charleston

Lake Charleston, Winston Trails and Smith Farm are all in the same area. I live in Smith Farm which is directly across from Lake Charleston. Shopping is great, not too far from the beach, close to the Turnpike and I-95 and lots of restaurants. Boytnon Beach Mall and Wellington Green Mall are also a short drive away. Great Schools and tons of children in all communities. Let me know if you have any other questions that I can answer.
