Was planning a vacation to South Florida but I hear it has suddenly been infested by sharks. It seems they are migratory and happens every year. Does anybody know when they leave South Florida and go back to where they are from?
Thanks.

Once in a while you will see a news story about a school of shark at a specific beach but certainly not coastal wide. I was at the ocean yesterday and people were swimming. It's a pretty big news item when there is a school so its a common thing. The only shark death I have heard of was a year ago in Stuart I think.

It's common this time of the year, nothing to worry about just have common sense when going in the water and follow the rules. Remember the odds, though.....

All those sharks they showed last week on the news was pretty neat. I was at Lake Worth pier last July and seen a couple of sharks along with some stingrays. Guess they hang around there for the bait fish?? It was cool to see, but no way would you catch me going out more than knee deep. I guess they leave with the snowbirds
