We are zoned for a school that is okay but prefer another one nearby. Since you have to show a deed/lease and utility bill would it be wise to purchase a property zoned for that school and just rent it out? What is the risk of getting caught if you don't actually live there? I would think as long as you own this property it is legal. Please advise!!!
