Where is the house? What type of construction? In South Palm Beach County if you live West of I-95, the insurance is cheaper. You will likely need two separate policies, one for general and one for wind.

Looking at one in jupiter/ palm beach gardens. It is stucco. east of 95. I was not aware I'd need two policies.

Just trying to get an idea of monthly expenses.

Is it stucco over wood frame or over CBS? You might want to ask the current homeowner who the policy is with, that is what we did with our home and just copied everything over.

If that is not possible, give a call over to a local agent, don't fill out any forms online that go out for quotes or you will just be terrorized. If you give them the address they can get most of what you need from the property appraiser website. Brightway insurance comes to mind.
