Hello
Ok friends of Florida...im a student studying in England and am doing my final piece on developments on singer Island. I luckily had the privilage of working and living on the beautiful Island. I was wondering if anyone could help me and just give me some local views of the way the island seems to be changing with all the new developments...do you reckon its a good or bad thing!!!!Should the island keep its quiet beauty or change for the likes of investors and tourists.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and so enjoyable to read.

It is more than enough IMO. Time to stop and keep the funky,tropical charm that is left instead of building more condos. I used to go to Singer Island back in the 80s when I lived in PBC and I still go every year when I am down for Sunfest. The new "Ocean Mall " looks terrible-too prefab. Of course I miss The Crab Pot terribly. Too bad the funky old school places like The Rutledge-RIP will all be gone if things keep going the same way. Glad to see The Tiara has survived the hit.Enough is enough.
