Surfalot is on a distinguished road
Listen to Bocamom, she knows! That whole area around Chapel Hill and North Delray Beach(Swinton area) is the best spot to find a home or apartment. Between Atlantic Ave Delray and Ocean Ave Boynton is a very desirable area. There might be a few iffy pockets but this is a generaly safe area with fantastic nightlife and plenty to do. There are many rentals in East Boynton and Delray. I would stay east of 95 for the money.
