They are nice. Jupiter is nice. Abacoa is nicer than the Bluffs, but the Bluffs are closer to the ocean.

The Bluffs is very cookie cutter and is halfway between Indiantown Rd. and Donald Ross--it can sometimes be annoying logistics-wise. Abacoa is very family oriented and master planned with a better location.

thanks for the replies- do you know anything about rents for sfh in abacoa? I found one website but the rents were 3-4k a month for the single homes- this seems a little pricey for the houses they showed-does this seem in line? Also, how does juno beach compare to jupiter (safety and prices?) thanks

I saw a listing for a 3br Abacoa SFH for $2200/month, so there are better deals out there than 3-4k/month!:

I would prefer the Bluffs area...closer to the beach and Palm Beach Gardens shopping restaurants etc..Abacoa is nice, but too busy in my opinion and full of lots of people hanging outside of the bars at night. Jupiter is awesome in general. I used to live on Indiantown rd /east of US 1

Default Jupiter

There is so much more to Jupiter than Abacoa and the Bluffs. You need to check out the entire town... it is a great place to live. There is Jupiter Farms where you can have some land and there are gated communities... anything and everything including access to the Turnpike and I 95, the ocean and JOBS aren't bad at all.

Both areas are in Jupiter. Despite the fact that the bluffs has a cookie cutter look, the area remains quite popular. The homes are built solid and most homeowners have done enough remodeling to give their home an individual look. I have attached a link so you can see homes in both areas, abacoa and the bluffs.
