When searching for property around the Boca area? We have been searching realtor.com, wondering if there is a better site. Thanks!

Get a realtor who will set up automatic updates being emailed to you as soon as they hit the MLS.

I find Realtor.com to be more current. Zillow is easier to navigate. I use them both.

I use Realtor.com & Zillow. Only issue I have with Zillow (besides their useless Zestimates) is that it will remove homes that are pending, contingent or taking back-up offers. I do like the "Coming Soon" feature though.

Agree! If you're looking for a property, the best way is to subscribe to the MLS and get everything right in your inbox. For the subscription, you need to work with a real estate agent ("work with" means that there are no papers to sign or commitments of any sort, you can tell the agent that you don't want to look for properties anymore whenever you feel like it and forget about the whole deal.)

Consider www.forsalebyowner.com too - (although every realtor will tell you not to)

Yep, If you're a serious buyer a realtor with MLS updates is the best move. I love browsing on Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com,etc. I'm not a realtor but I used one to buy years ago, they have all the tools. It use to be that you had to be mindful of linking up with a buyers agent & maybe incurring a charge, not sure if thats still true.
