Hello Everyone,

I currently live in Delray and work in Boca. I'm a 26 year old male and really would prefer to live around people in b/w that 25-35 age range. looking to buy a place for the first time in the $200k range(+/- 20k). Delray is likely too expensive so I thought about Renaissance Commons area in Boynton. Seems like nice condos and relatively new..but I'm unsure of the age distribution in that area. Can anyone chime in on that area or other areas that fit this mold? Would prefer to stay in b/w Boynton and Pompano.

Thanks

Personally I love the Commons area in Boynton. Have you spent any time there?
Boynton is really improving.
It'll still take some time but with your budget is worth looking in to.
Do you want to buy soon?

I mean I'm finding places online for $175 - $180k right now which I could safely afford in a year.. More of just scoping things out currently but want to start getting a gauge for places with somewhat dominant ages 25-35.

I hear West Boynton is very undervalued right now but it seems all of West Palm Beach county is families and older folks so not sure I'd appeal to that right now.

Thanks

One trip to the Boynton Beach Mall, and you'll be singing a different tune! Boynton Beach is and always has been ghetto.

Boynton's really improving their game.

For any location you are considering make sure you visit on a weekend or after dinner so you can see what it really looks like, Visiting the local 7-11 or stores can also give you a good feel to a neighborhood.

Good Luck..
