Default City Place in West Palm Beach

why not live at City Place in West Palm Beach?

Enjoy the conveniences of condo life with that little one of yours. You will have more than enough to do so enjoy the views, beach, nice mix of age groups and hopefully more family time b/c you are not cutting grass etc.

Not really, no. The ghetto is north and northwest of it. To the west is 95 and then Clear Lake, then working class-communities just north of Okeechobee around S. Congress and Spencer Drive that aren't ghetto. To the east the Intracoastal and then Palm Beach--which everyone knows isn't ghetto. And to the south is a combination of working-class and yuppies living in expensive older homes and condos.

It's not any more "surrounded by ghetto" than the Upper East side of Manhattan is, and the ghetto affects it just as much as Spanish Harlem and Harlem proper affect the Upper East Side--which isn't much.

I am only familiar with Spanish Harlem, not really familiar with Upper Eastside and Manhattan. I'm actually not from NY, even though I do live in FL. I was actually born here.

Any suggestions of alternative places to live within an hour or so from here? We want a place with some life and friendly, outgoing, relatively young people!

Hello, I have just recently moved here from MD and am having a hard time too. Please let me know if you guys would like to get together. I am almost 24, and my boyfriend has lived here his whole life. Talk to you soon.
