There is a Hindu temple in Boynton; don’t know about Boca. I’ve met many people from India around here but not sure where they live.

You may have some luck looking around Boca Del Mar, near 18th between Military and Powerline. Specifically near Howard’s grocery store. I’m not saying there are a ton of Indian families, but there are some.
Hope this helps.

Unfortunately I can't recommend a specific complex.
However, keep in mind many apartment complexes in your price range will have FAU students.
That can bring many loud parties (as is expected with college students-no offensive intended towards college students).
Consider renting from a private owner.
(Condo or townhouse)
Either way... do your homework researching apartment review websites.
(Some people are just complainers, sometimes the employees of the complexes will post a bunch of positive reviews to "bury" the bad reviews, so note the dates and quantities of the reviews you read.)

Boca has many people living here from around the world. No it’s not Manhattan, but you won’t feel out of place. It’s a fairly cosmopolitan town. As for looking for apartments you might want to contact a local realtor to show you around. I’d highly recommend staying in the East Boca areas around downtown or midtown Boca. Nice beaches parks restaurants. Best of luck.
